Education became
my calling.
Inclusion gives it
deeper purpose.

Nneka Nwaokeafor

Behind every learner is a person with strengths, possibilities and a right to belong.

Nneka Ebele Nwaokeafor is an educator, educational consultant and founder of Impart Maven Limited. Her background spans classroom teaching, curriculum development, school leadership and educator development, with professional experience in Nigeria and the United States.

Her journey into education began with a teaching role while she waited for an opportunity in banking. Teaching became the work she chose to stay with. That practical classroom foundation continues to shape the way she approaches the questions families and educators face.

Today, her public advocacy centres on inclusive education for children with disabilities. She connects this commitment with practical support for the adults around each child: helping families understand, teachers adapt and schools build more welcoming learning environments.

Nneka also serves on the board of the Ellen Olusola Caulcrick Foundation. Her interests bring together inclusion, literacy, teacher development and educational leadership.

Her published professional profile lists:

  • BA in Philosophy, University of Nigeria, Nsukka
  • Master of Education in Early Childhood Education, University of Lagos
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Education, Lagos State University
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education, University of Nottingham
  • Diploma in Montessori Education, North American Montessori Center

Published biographies also describe cognitive specialist certification and doctoral study at the University of North Dakota. Current status will be confirmed before public launch.

THE PURPOSE BEHIND THE WORK

A place in school.
A voice in the room.
A sense of belonging.

Inclusive education asks more of us than opening a classroom door. It asks us to consider whether a child can participate, receive appropriate support and build meaningful connections.

Children with disabilities deserve learning environments that recognise their strengths and respond to barriers. Families deserve to be heard. Educators deserve the preparation and support to make inclusion part of everyday practice.

01

03

Make participation possible.

A FEW HELPFUL ANSWERS

Before we
begin.

Parents and caregivers, teachers, school leaders and education organisations. Her inclusive education advocacy particularly centres children with disabilities, while drawing on a broader background in early childhood education and school practice.

School teams can discuss a professional development session focused on their audience, learning priorities and context. The topic, format, availability and scope would be agreed before an engagement.

Parents can enquire about educational guidance, supporting learning and communicating with school. Educational support does not replace a clinical assessment or therapy where those are needed.

Impart Maven is the educational services organisation Nneka founded. This website introduces her professional voice and advocacy; service arrangements are discussed as part of each enquiry.

The media section links directly to original newspaper interviews and reports. These provide context for her career, educational perspectives and public engagement.
